COST
The minimum charge for Latte Sopra for a sit down dinner is $2,000.00, from 6:00 pm until 11.30 pm. Anything spent on food and beverage will go towards meeting this minimum charge and should any balance remain, this will be charged as room hire.
The minimum charge for a sit down lunch is $1,000.00 (12 noon until 4:00pm)
The minimum charge for a sit down breakfast is $500.00 (8:00 am until 11:30am)
No BYO is permitted.
Nb An hourly rate of $250.00 will be charged if you stay outside the agreed time frame.
DEPOSIT
A function date is not considered confirmed until we receive credit card details as security holding deposit within 7 days of making your booking. When bookings fall within the 7 day period, the deposit will be required immediately to secure the booking.
NUMBERS
Final numbers are required 48 hours prior to any event and your account will be finalized based on these numbers. Payment is due on the night of the event together with any miscellaneous charges or increase in numbers.
FINAL ACCOUNT
Payment in full is required upon close of function & can be made by bank cheque, cash or credit card and is inclusive of GST. No splitting final accounts unless agreed with management prior to the event. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing surcharge.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations made up to 3 days prior to your event will not result in any cancellation fee. Cancellations within the 3 day time frame will result in a $500.00 fee.
DAMAGE
Management reserves the right to remove disruptive individuals and guests are financially responsible for any damage sustained to Cafe Latte during the function. Security may be implemented in some functions at an additional cost.
